Population genetics, genomic surveillance

Dr. Tristan Dennis is a Research Fellow at the University of Queensland and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, working in disease and disease-vector genomics. His research integrates bioinformatic, quantitative, and population genomic approaches to track, understand, and manage invasive species and disease vectors. Dr. Dennis also is building genomic surveillance tools that support malaria vector control and elimination efforts in Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Pacific, in collaboration with the MalariaGEN Vector Genome Observatory.
